Glow-in-the-dark strike indicators help you see strikes better in the early morning evening hours and late into the night with greater success. Charging Oros glow-in-the-dark strike indicators works best with a strong headlamp or UV light. Phone lights do not work as well. Oros recommends rolling the glow-in-the dark strike indicator in your fingers or on the line for about 30 seconds while it is illuminated. The purpose of rolling the indicator is to expose the entire indicator surface to light. We have found that Oros glow-in-the-dark strike indicators start off bright and dim over a period of about five minutes. How long you need to go between charges depends on how the indicator was charged, lighting conditions and your eyesight.
