While we do our level best to ensure your complete happiness through a commitment towards stocking only the finest fly fishing and fly tying products available, we naturally understand that sometimes an item may prove less agreeable once in hand than it perhaps appeared in simple picture or description alone. Should such circumstance arise, we hope you will find the Return Policy Guidelines outlined below, helpful in remedying your dissatisfaction.
- Returns of regularly stocked merchandise will be accepted within thirty (30) days of sale for a full refund, credit, or exchange.
- To qualify, items must be in original, unused condition with all manufacturer's tags attached and original packaging still intact.
- All Sale, Clearance, and Special-Order items are not eligible for return for any reason unless the product proves defective.
- Items not meeting the guidelines above may be subject to a restocking fee.
A copy of your receipt, packing slip, or invoice should accompany all returns, along with a brief note detailing the reason for your dissatisfaction. Clear instructions on how you would like us to process your return, i.e. refund, exchange, or replacement should be plainly noted as well.
