Order Minimum

The minimum order size is $15.00. The shopping cart will not process orders below $15.00.

Returns Policy

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of sale. They must be in original condition and unused. Returned clothing must have all tags attached, and are not accepted for return unless they are defective.

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Special orders, i.e. non-catalog items, may not be returnable.

Back Order Policy

Stone River Outfitters makes every effort to ship within one day of receipt of your order. If some items are not in stock, we may "out-of-stock" the item and cancel them from your order so as not to hold up the rest of your order.

If you would like out-of-stocked items to remain on backorder, please let us know and we will reinstitute your order and ship the goods upon receipt. You will be charged for the actual shipping expense in addition to the item price.

Order Forms

We provide a Printable Order Form for you for several reasons. It might help you prepare your order before you complete it online or fax or telephone it to us. Or you can use it to mail your order.

Offline Ordering

If you prefer not to order online, you are welcome to fax, mail, or telephone your order to us. Here are the instructions:

Fax

• Download a copy of the Printable Order Form and print it. Fill out the entire form. Be sure to choose a Shipping Method and provide your Credit Card information.
• OR, go through the entire shopping and order process on-line, up to the Order Confirmation page, which contains your entire order details, including pricing and your shipping address. Print this page, and write in your credit card number and expiration date.
• Refer to our Shipping Charges to calculate the correct total for your order.
• Fax either Order Form to us at: 603.472.3105

Mail

• Send either Order Form with your check or money order to the following address. Checks must be in U.S. Dollars and must be made payable to Stone River Outfitters. Or fill out your credit card information and mail it to us.

Shipping Charges and Information

For shipping, you may choose a variety of options. Please consult our Shipping Charges for a list of shipping options (FedEx, Priority Mail, 2nd Day, 3 Day) to a variety of destinations. This page also explains how long each method takes, so that you can choose the best option for your order.

Except for FedEx Ground / Priority Mail packages sent within the 48 continental United States, actual charges will be added to your credit card total.

Foreign shipments of animal furs or feathers, on skin, require an Animal Export Document costing $30.00 This charge will be added to your credit card order.

Order Terms and Conditions

• Prices currently on the web site are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to hold these prices as long as possible. In most cases, we will notify you if we are forced to raise the price materially before shipping the goods. If we do not notify you, please feel free to return the goods for a prompt and full refund.

• We accept Money Orders and Personal Checks as well as American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa credit cards. Orders paid by check must be mailed to us. Orders paid by credit card may be mailed, telephoned, faxed, emailed, or submitted on-line. Please do not send cash.

• In your on-line order, you must provide an email address and a telephone number so that we can contact you in case we have questions about your order. With faxed or mailed orders, please include a daytime telephone number.

• Our Shopping Cart requires a minimum order of $15.00 in merchandise.

• Payment made by Check or Money Order must have the Maker's name on the check. Personal Checks are subject to a 7-10 day delay for processing. Returned Checks are subject to a $25.00 Service Charge.
